Good quality, quick delivery

Another solid order from URBANARA. Got a new set of Perkal-Bettwäsche, and it's just as good as the last. Shipping was quick, arrived in 5 days. Wish they'd offer more patterns though.

Good quality, minor delay

I bought a set of Perkal-Bettwäsche a few weeks ago. The ordering process on their website was pretty straightforward, clear product descriptions and good photos. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in California, which was a little longer than I expected, but it wasn't a huge issue. The bedding itself feels really nice, very crisp and soft, just what I was looking for. I had a quick question about washing instructions, and their customer support responded to my email within a day with helpful details. My only small complaint is the delivery tracking could have been a bit more detailed after it left Germany.

Nice rug, high shipping

I recently bought one of their Wollteppiche for my living room. The quality of the rug is excellent, feels sturdy and the color was true to the pictures online. It really brightens up the space. It arrived well-packaged too. My main criticism would be the shipping cost; it felt a bit steep. While the product itself is worth it, I always hesitate a little at checkout because of that. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about delivery times before ordering, so that was a plus. Overall, a good experience, just consider the total cost.

Nice bath mats, slow support

I ordered a few Badematten and some Gästehandtücher. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. Delivery to my place in Ohio took about 9 days, which was a little longer than I hoped, but everything was packed well. The bath mats are thick and absorbent, exactly as described. The hand towels are also good quality, though one had a tiny loose thread I had to snip. I had a question about care instructions and emailed support, but it took them nearly three days to get back to me. When they did, the answer was helpful. Overall, happy with the products, just wish support was a bit quicker.

Alpaca blanket and support

I ordered an Alpaka-Decke and a couple of Dekokissen last month. The ordering process was smooth enough, the website is pretty easy to navigate. Delivery took about a week, which was fine for coming from Germany. The blanket is super soft and the pillows are a nice touch. I had a question about care for the blanket, so I used their online chat. The agent was helpful and answered my questions about washing and drying natural fibers properly. My only minor issue was the tracking info, it wasn't super detailed after it left Europe.

Good value on bedding

I was looking for some new Perkal-Bettwäsche and found URBANARA. The prices seemed a bit high at first, but I got a good discount on my first order. The quality feels really nice for what I paid. Shipping took about a week, which was okay.

Reliable quality, as always

This was my third time ordering from URBANARA, this time I got some new Leinenendecken. Like my previous purchases (a Wolldecke and some Kissenbezüge), the quality is consistently high. They hold up well after washing. Delivery was pretty standard, took 5 days to reach Austin. I had an issue with a tracking number on my last order, but this one went smoothly. Always a solid choice for home textiles.

Obsessed with my new throw!

Just got my new Kaschmirdecke and it's absolutely dreamy! So soft, so luxurious, I can't believe it. I've been wanting one for ages and this one exceeded all expectations. It's the perfect size for my sofa. I will definitely be back for more! My friend already asked where I got it. So happy!
